Ad Buy Begins a Seven-Figure Investment in Spanish-Language Advertising Through Election Day

NEW YORK – Governor Kathy Hochul’s campaign today released a new Spanish-language television ad, “Fuerte.” The ad features retired White Plains Police Sergeant Luis Muñiz highlighting Governor Hochul’s strong record of keeping illegal guns off our streets and making New York a safer state.

MUÑIZ: I was in law enforcement for 26 years.

MUÑIZ: I’ve seen a lot of governors. But no one’s been more dedicated to fighting crime than Kathy Hochul.

MUÑIZ: And she doesn’t make empty promises.

MUÑIZ: She tightened laws to keep guns out of dangerous hands.

MUÑIZ: Raised the age to buy semi-automatic rifles.

MUÑIZ: And strengthened bail reform laws.

MUÑIZ: Kathy Hochul is strong and there is no one else I’d rather have as Governor.
