The Association of Commuter Rail Employees Endorses Kathy Hochul for Governor

NEW YORK – The Association of Commuter Rail Employees (ACRE) today endorsed Governor Kathy Hochul for a full term, adding to the growing movement of unions and members of organized labor backing her campaign.

ACRE represents 2,000 operating craft employees at MTA Metro-North Railroad who support Governor Hochul’s ambitious plans for public transportation and proven record of supporting workplace safety protections. 

“I am incredibly grateful to receive this endorsement from the Association of Commuter Rail Employees,” said Governor Kathy Hochul. “Our transportation workers keep New York moving and their efforts benefit our commuters and economy alike.
