Congressman Adriano Espaillat Endorses Governor Kathy Hochul
Assemblymembers Manny De Los Santos and Yudelka Tapia, and New York City Council Members Oswald Feliz and Shaun Abreu Join Endorsement
NEW YORK – Congressman Adriano Espaillat today endorsed Governor Kathy Hochul for a full term. Representative Espaillat is the ninth member of New York State’s congressional delegation to endorse the governor, joining Representatives Carolyn Maloney, Sean Patrick Maloney, Gregory Meeks, Kathleen Rice, Paul Tonko, Jerry Nadler, Joe Morelle, and Brian Higgins.
New York State Assemblymembers Manny De Los Santos and Yudelka Tapia, and New York City Council Members Oswald Feliz and Shaun Abreu also endorsed the governor.
First elected in 2016, Congressman Espaillat is the first Dominican American to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives and currently represents New York’s 13th Congressional District which includes Harlem, East Harlem, West Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Inwood, Marble Hill, and the north-west Bronx. Representative Espaillat is a member of the House Committee on Appropriations and the House Committee on Education and Labor, and also serves as Second Vice-Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
