Group of Former and Current South Brooklyn Elected Officials Endorse Governor Kathy Hochul
|NEW YORK – Six former and current elected officials from South Brooklyn today endorsed Governor Hochul’s candidacy for a full term. The group, led by Frank Seddio, the former Kings County Democratic Party chair and current Democratic district leader for the 59th Assembly District, cited Governor Hochul’s strong leadership in combating the pandemic and commitment to building a more equitable New York.
Earlier this month, Governor Hochul received the endorsement of the Kings County Democratic Party Chairperson Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn.
“I am honored to receive this endorsement from leaders who share my bold agenda to get big things done for Brooklyn and New York State,” said Governor Kathy Hochul. “They embody the resiliency and Brooklyn tough attitude that will help us emerge from the pandemic stronger than before.
